So I’m looking into purchasing an e-reader for my upcoming birthday. I do love the feel of a book in my hands, but I’ve got to keep up with the times, people! And as you know, I heart technology.
Now I need your advice! I’ve done a fair amount of researching and asking around, but can’t decide if there is one that is better than the other.
PLEASE HELP!

Which one do you have and would you recommend it?!
I went with the Kindle because I could share a library of reads with others. You can register up to 6 (maybe it’s more now) Kindles to one account. This works out great for me and my family – we all can have access to the same books! We have built up quite a nice “library” since we all purchase books from Amazon. We’ve all saved money and have enjoyed the fantastic variety of literature. Hope this helps. Good luck with your decision!
Anna! I love your blog… I have a kindle and I love it!!!! Its not a computer screen so your eyes do not get tired after looking at it for a while- its more like an etch-a-sketch screen. It looks like actual paper. The nook is more of a computer screen. Good Luck with your decision! Hope to see you soon!
I have the kindle app on my iPad and like it well enough. I still buy a lot of physical books though, as I like to lend my favourite reads out to friends
Gotta put my 2 cents in for the NOOK! I have the one pictured above and i love it! I swear I read even more now that I have it. I thought I’d miss holding and reading an actual book, but the screen is really nice and makes it seem like real paper. I do know that you can also share books on the NOOK but I haven’t done that yet.
I think both the Kindle and NOOK are very comparable, and that you’d be happy with whichever one you get.
