Friends! Hi!
I’m trying to find my place. Coming back from a jam-packed-crazy-amazing weekend away is always hard, and this time, especially, I’m finding the transition to be full of all sorts of feelings– most all of them good {excitment! inspiration! friendship!}, but also some less so {take me baack! O V E R W H E L M E D!}.
Basically, I had the best time. THE BEST. And now I’m just trying to soak it in and wrap my head around it all.
{Also, I’m trying to figure out how to share all my photos in less than five blog posts. {just kidding.} {sort of!} }

P.S. Tomorrow! A playlist!
Beauuuutiful pictures, my dear. I’m so glad you had a good time :) Adjusting after a trip is hard – I recommend allowing yourself a little extra sleep! I’m reading Where’d you go Bernadette too. I think I’m about 100 pages into it. Have you finished? What did you think? xoxo
P.S. I love the promise of another post!
I did finish! And yes, in the end I did really enjoy it. It’s not like any book I’ve ever read before and at first I wasn’t sure about it, but on my flight home I read for 4 straight hours and didn’t want to stop. I’d even downloaded all this new music and planned to take a nap and everything. But, no! The book + my interest in it stood strong!
I’m curious to know what you think of it when you finish!
That feeling of coming back from a perfect vacation is always the strangest, no? It was the best time, and you’re so glad it happened, but you also kind of can’t believe it? That’s what it’s like for me anyway.
ANYWAY, at least Boston welcomed you back with some more of this amazing weather!
It is so strange. Happy and sad all rolled into one.
But yes, this weather is absolutely perfect this week, which is helping a lot!
This collection of photos was the best! Looks like you had a fantastic time so I don’t blame you for wanting to go back! Looking forward to the playlist!
Thank you!!!
And yes, fantastic is the perfect word to describe it. :)
Loooove – it was so nice to see you and I’m so happy you had the best time in Denver!
Loved seeing you. And love how we can do it more now that we are closer!! Xo
Looks like a fabulous trip! Kurt wants to move to Denver someday so he can ski constantly. I can’t wait to hear all about the fun things you did that don’t involve snow! :)
The end of vacations is always rough. I always need a few days to decompress and get back into a routine. At least you have gobs of photos to take you back to the fun times!
Denver is amazing! I had no idea!!
And yes, lots to do without the snow! But also pretty cool that you can easily find it if you want it! When we hiked in Rocky Mountain National Park there was snow halfway up our hike (and it was 75 degrees out!). Pretttty sweet.
HOW WAS I NOT FOLLOWING YOU ON INSTAGRAM? crisis. fixed.
p.s. take me with you to Denver next time? it looks like such a fun place!
THANK GOODNESS.
and yes! So fun! So glad I had the chance to go and experience it!
Hello! I’m happy to have found your blog especially since you’re a fellow Boston Blogger! I still remember my first trip to Denver, I loved it!!! It’s so beautiful, filled with fit people and not a drop of moisture in the air (my hair never looked so good, Ha!) Anyways, love your photographs and will be sure to follow you on Instagram.
xM
Yes! The dry air! That and the no screens in windows. Two things I’ll never forget.
