lobster love.

I LOVE lobster.

This is true.

Last night Zan made me lobster risotto (he loves it too). It was more than delicious.

I seriously love that guy.

After an early dinner we headed into Harvard Square for a movie night. We saw Hugo. You might remember me talking about the book? Well, the movie was wonderful. It had mystery and magic and it was set in Paris. Oh, j’adore.

And for dessert?

Zan picked up a little something earlier in the day that is the dessert to end all desserts.

{photo a day}: lunch

27. Lunch
{peanut butter and jelly ROCKS}
January 27, 2012

This was kind of a treat lunch for me because of this photo-a-day assignment thing. I’ve been trying to eat salads and veggies at lunch time to keep things on the healthy side, but today, because I love it and because it’s Friday, I just decided to go with my ultimate sandwich. Yep, you heard me: Peanut butter and jelly is the bee’s knees.

And you see those potato chips? I put those right inside the sandwich for that extra delicious crunch.

Sweet and salty never tasted so good.

Eataly

Do you know this place? It’s a dream.

An Italian market in New York City.

There is more delicious food than you could ever dream of.

Meats and cheeses.

Wine. Looooots of wine.

And sweets beyond belief.

This place is goodness.

It’s definitely crowded (what isn’t in NY?!), but totally worth it.

For a little while you can almost feel like you’re somewhere else in the world.

Oh, yes, it was goodness. Through and through.

a rockin’ new years.

Spent the night cozied up with my favorite people.

A great night to end a great year.

(I know I’ve gone a little crazy with the end of the year posts, but whatevs. I’m getting fancier these days with my fancy cam and I just want to show my skills.)

The end.

Cheers!
