I was out to dinner with some lovely blog friends tonight (more on this tomorrow) and I was talking about the photo-a-day challenge and discussing how I am taking it all VERY SERIOUSLY.

Very.

I’m thinking hard about all my pictures and trying to make them as asthetically pleasing as possible while also trying to be creative and interesting.

Whew. It’s tiring, people!

Tiring!

Today for instance it was around 5:00 and I had yet to buy anything. Usually during the week I don’t buy things.

I wake up.

I teach.

I come home.

I eat whatever is in my fridge.

I sleep.

But today was #18. Something you bought.

Well, heck! I thought to myself right before I got home. I better go and buy myself a peppermint mocha.

Because I deserve it.

And that’s what photo-a-day told me to do.

See? This is serious business here.
