precious peony clutch

Check out these clutches I just found it while browsing around Etsy. I think these are beautiful and so so precious! You can design your own (flower color, interior fabric), or you can choose from already pre-made designs.

Check out the etsy page, by eclu, whose based right here in Boston (woohoo!).

Simply adorable.

Happy Monday!

I love this simple poster!

A spin off of the ever popular “keep calm and carry on”, this cute poster targets the photograph lover. I am TOTALLY a photograph lover. My bedroom is overflowing with pictures of my memories, I have over 40 albums posted to facebook, and this blog here is near proof of my love of photography. Until recently I was mostly just interested in pictures of my friends, but since I’ve gotten my DSLR I’m moving towards the most artistic side of photography. So far I’m loving it and I’m even planning on taking a course to get me more acclimated with my camera!

Final thoughts: You can never have too many pictures.

my mini-blogging vacation: a recap

Sorry, all. Did you wonder where I went? Whew! That was one long and crazy week and I am glad to say sayonara to it.

Besides running around school trying to get a million things done, I was doing a little bit of this and a little bit of that this week.

Babysitting my favorite kiddos:

So adorable, I love them!

I had a deeeeelicious dinner at Sorellina

The food is amazing, especially the truffle fries! This has to be one of my most favorite places to eat. I love the atmosphere, trendy and cozy and the best food around town.

Lately I have been addicted to Grey’s Anatomy:

I’ve been taking out the series from the library and I just love it. I don’t really have a show right now. I honestly haven’t had one since LOST and so, I’ve decided that I am making this my show. It’s interesting, it’s exciting, and it also makes me cry (which weirdly, I like in a show. I always love a good cry).

And last night Zanner and I drove up to Maine. He’s working up here this weekend and I decided to go up with him for a little weekend getaway. We stopped in at the Front Room last night in Portland to have dinner with Hannah and Todd! So fun! Wish we lived in Maine!

That’s a little recap of what I’ve been up to this week. Will be back with more posts soon!

Toodleoo for now, readers! XO!

more stripes for the stripe lover

I just simply can’t get enough of these! By the time summer rolls around I’ll be rolling in stripes. The warm weather this weekend made me pleased, and I feel like spring is just around the corner. Even if it isn’t, I am heading to Florida in just a few short weeks and I will be packing my stripes for sure.

Have you found any other stripes you love for summer? If so, please share. A girl can never have too many stripes.*

From top to bottom:

1. Olivet 2. Garnet Hill 3. St. James 4. J.Jill 5. Lands End Canvas 6. J.Crew

*This is a new addendum to my previous philosophy that a girl can never have too many cardigans. My love for cardigans still holds true (for eva and eva) and I now also believe that a girl (or boy) can never own too many shirts with stripes. AMEN.
