I love to daydream about the house I will have when I grow up. Technically, I guess I am a grown up already, but very often I don’t feel like one. Not a real grown up anyways. I’m simply a pretend one at the moment.
When I do have a house someday I want to have open shelves. They look so country chic and what a perfect way to display all of my colorful pots, pans, and bowls!!

I happily came home this afternoon to my spring rewards card from j.crew! GLEEE!!!
It’s been awhile since I’ve been to the store. The high waisted shorts pictured above are certainly a new fashion piece for 2011, but I think I am more partial to the fun orange skirt. It’s more me for sure. I wonder what will strike my fancy when I skitter over there to claim my prize. I can’t even wait to find out!
