Steve Madden was handing out these scratch off coupons last weekend. The discounts ranged from 10%-50% off. I happily took a coupon and quickly got out my wallet for a coin. A sale? On shoes? OK! Scratch, scratch, scratch… I got 40%! For the first time in my whole life I won something!!! Obviously I had to claim my prize. I could not simply walk out of the store and DITCH my 40% ticket. I mean would you trash your winning lottery ticket? Of course not. That would just be ridiculous.
