HEY guys! Let’s play a game, okay?
I think Wednesday the week back from a blissful vacation is a good a day as any to play a game, right?
So here we go…
If you could invite 5 living people to dinner WHO would you INVITE?
Here’s my guest list:
1.
Ellen Degeneres.
BEST ever.
Heart of gold.
Makes me laugh. Makes me happy cry. Makes me wanna dance.

2.
Michelle Obama
Helping kids, helping people.
A great role model and a phenomenal style icon.

3.
Taylor Swift.
So super fun loving.
She would strum us songs on her guitar.
And be just so darn thankful for our friendship.

4.
Sophia Grace and Rosie
Have you seen their latest excursion?
HILAR.
(Rosie doesn’t count as a number because she doesn’t say much.)

5.
Betty White
The last living Golden Girl!

Obviously my dinner party would be a girl’s night out. But those are the best kind anyways.
What about you? Who’s on your guest list?
(FYI there will be other editions of this dinner post no doubt: the RIP version and my fantasy favorites. GET ready for it.)
i am going to think about this and come back. but i’m feel like i’m less genuine than you. i want like wierdos or funny people or people with issues.
ok. just thought of one. amy polher.
also, if this were the dead edition, cleopatra and howard hughes would be at the top of the list. just to let you know.
Weirdos are totally fine!!! And appreciated!!
Haha I don’t think Sophia Grace and Rosie are very genuine choices. The whole dinner would be about screaming and running around in tutus.
Dead edition is coming so keep thinking about it!!
AMAZING choices!
I would also go with Ellen. But I’d add Tina Fey, Adele, Maggie Smith, and Alan Rickman. I don’t know if Alan Rickman would add a thing to the mix, but it would be so worth it to just listen to him talk all night.
Can’t wait for the dead edition! (Pretty sure that’s the only time I will ever get to leave that comment on a blog.)
Oh Alan Rickman, LOVE. He’s likely to be in my fantasy group. Love me some Snape. :)
This list is spot on! It would be an amazing dinner party. I think I’d want both the Obamas, though!
Obamas, yes! But let’s go have our dinner party with them in the White House!
Ohh truth. Can you imagine having a conversation with Barack? Dang, he is just too cool for me.
HE IS THE COOLEST.
Great idea!!! I think my list would be pretty similar.
I LOVE Ellen…I always laugh & cry at her show and she has the biggest heart. Obviously Sophia Grace and Rosie too. I just LOVE them!!!!
Instead of the Betty White, although she is awesome, I would have Olympic ski racer Julia Mancuso!
I don’t really know too much about her. But if I was my 8 year old self I would have likely picked Nancy Kerrigan. I was OBSESSED back in the day.
Zooey Deschanel for sure. She and I would sing together and then become best friends, of course. Now I’m going to need to think on this and probably write a post about it. Great game!!!
Ohhh! Good one! I actually thought about her, but decided on Betty in the end.
She would be a terrific best friend though, I agree.
Yesss, Michelle Obama <3

I love how much I agree with this list, double yays for Sophia Grace and Rosie!! My girls :)
ok how did i miss Sophia Grace and Rosie. Since you posted this, I have been watching the videos on Ellen and I am just about dying. HA!
Friend!! How hilarious are they?! I can’t even take it sometimes.
OH MY GOD. easy, i’d invite paul rudd. just paul rudd. for seducing reasons. i mean…what?
Paul Rudd?? Really?
Omg Mackenzie, I fall in love with you more everyday.
